The signal type defined in the property "Signal type" has to be set to "True".

Signal type

'Signal type' defines the signal type for its I/O channel. The available signal types depend on the specific hardware, e.g. I/O module type or Onboard-I/O type.

Property ID: 4968

Process value 1 and Process value 2

"Signal value 1" (X1), "Signal value 2" (X2), "Process value 1" (Y1) and "Process value 2" (Y2) are used to calculate the linear function (f). The linear function is needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value.

Unit: Depends on the process value.

Range:

-1 if the function needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value is completely defined by the selected signal type. Example: Ni1000

Any Value ≠-1 if the function needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value is not completely defined by the selected signal type.

Signal value 1 and Signal value 2

"Signal value 1" (X1), "Signal value 2" (X2), "Process value 1"(Y1) and "Process value 2" (Y2) are used to calculate the linear function (f). The linear function is needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value.

Unit: Depends on the selected signal type.

Range:

-1 if the function needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value is completely defined by the selected signal type. Example: Ni1000

Any Value ≠-1 if the function needed to calculate the present value out of the measured signal value is not completely defined by the selected signal type.

COV repetition time

"COV repetition time" defines the repetition time in 1/10 sec to be used for process value reporting.

The interval values for T1, T2, T3 can be configured in the Fieldbus-Management-Object.

T1

Highest priority. Typical interval value: < 10 s.

T2

Medium priority (default). Typical interval value: 10 s.

T3

Low priority. Typical interval value: > 10 s.

COV increment signal value

"COV increment signal value" defines the COV limit to be used for signaling a change of the raw value by the TX-IO module.
