Function
A potential-free contact controls (generally from a danger management system) the blinds for an emergency sector.
The AF reacts as follows:
- Switch is reliable and does not report a hazard: Blinds can be freely operated.
- The switch is reliable and reports a hazard: Blinds UP.
- Switch is defective/unreliable: Blinds UP.

Interface to local and superordinate functions
Local inputs and superordinate AFs access the same BACnet objects. Evaluation by priority. The local emergency button has higher priority than the command of the superordinate central function.

Engineering and commissioning
