Supply chain supply air volume flow deviation evaluation (SplyAflDvnSu11)
Overview
The application function "Supply chain supply air volume flow deviation evaluation 11" (SplyAflDvnSu11) helps to optimize the central AHU fan speed by calculating the air flow deviation of the supply VAV dampers.
Function
The deviation signals of the supply VAV controllers from the room segments are collected.
Air flow deviation is calculated as: ((setpoint flow - measured flow) / nominal air flow)) x 100 [%]
The 10 highest deviations are evaluated and the average is used for fan speed optimization.
For monitoring, the number of deviations between 5...20% are counted.
