Plant operating modes

Up to 16 plant operating modes can be defined to control the plant in normal mode.

The desired plant operating mode is transmitted to function block CMDSEQ_B.

The plant component to be enabled in this plant operating mode can be defined for each plant operating mode.

Function block CMDSEQ_B defines the plant components to be enabled as well as the switch-on and switch-off sequence.

The first two plant operating modes are normally occupied as follows:

• Plant operating mode 1 = All plant components "Off"
• Plant operating mode 2 = All plant components "On"

They are normally controlled by input blocks such as a manual switch, software switch, and scheduler.

The other 14 plant operating modes are free to define as needed.
