Export
The Export task allows you to create a Pack & Return file, create a series of reports, and view reports.

Tab toolbar
Command | Description |
|---|---|
Work package | Allows you to select from a list of work packages (Pack & Go files) or All devices. When selecting a work packages, the view is filtered to the devices included in the work packacge. |
Pack & Return table
Column | Description |

To Do | Lists the task to be performed next (Download, Upload, etc.) |
Auth | Displays the authentication state. |
Name | Lists the building name. An expander to the left allows you to view the building structure. |
Location | Lists the location of the device. |
Equip-ID | Reference to mechanical plans and prints. |
Devicve type | Lists the device type. |
Address | Lists the IP address and UDP port for IP devices, or network number and MAC address for MS/TP devices (e.g., 7001-23. Where the network number is 7001 and the MAC address is 23). |
Dev. Inst. # | Device serial number (device instance number) that is associated with the BACnet Device. |
Serial # | Lists the serial number of the physical device. |

Select devices table
Command | Description |

Device name | Lists the device names that can be selected for uploading data. Allows you to search for a name. |
Date modified | Date and time when the report data was uploaded. |
⑤ Toolbar
The buttons that display as active in the toolbar depend on which tab is selected.
Command | Description |
|---|---|
Create Pack & Return | Displays the Create Pack & Return dialog box. Allows you to specify a work package name. Upon completion a message box displays with the file name and the option to open the folder it was created in. |
Create configuration data report | Displays the Report selection dialog box. Allows you to select individual reports to display in the Reports tool work area. |
Create reports for uploaded data | Displays the Report selection dialog box. Allows you to select individual reports to display in the Reports tool work area. |
