info

Program blocks are stored in the library without I/Os. Use the auto-create and auto-connect functions to create I/Os and/or to connect them to the interface blocks, e.g., R_A, CMD_B. Alternatively, take the I/Os from the folder containing the predefined I/Os in the library and/or from the plant and connect them to the interface blocks.

Function

Controls a fire damper group.

There are 16 fire dampers with open/close function and feedback signals (of type Fdp21 or Fdp29).

info

The opening and closing times for all fire dampers can be parameterized in one place in the program.

This program block has the following optional functions:

Option: Fire damper 2...Fire damper 16

Monitors a fire damper with feedback signals only (Fdp29).

Option: State

Comprises program logic and a multistate calculated value (trended) with the following states:

  1. In motion
  2. Closed
  3. Opened
  4. Test, In motion
  5. Test, Closed
  6. Test, Opened

All fire dampers must be opened to go to states 3 or 6.

All fire dampers must be closed to go to states 2 or 5.

States 4, 5 and 6 can be activated only if the option "Test" is available.

Option: Test

Comprises program logic for execution of a fire damper test and a multistate calculated value (trended) with the following states:

  1. Started
  2. In progress
  3. Ended
  4. Not successful
  5. Successful

An interface to the "Fire damper test" in the air handling unit plant mode receives a signal that a test must start.
