Application configuration

The Application configuration task allows you to configure the selected application template by selecting features and I/O's. A progress bar illustrates the number of data points in use and the actual data point limits.

Template name

Displays the name of the selected application template.

Generate favorite

Generates a list of custom favorites automatically.

Check limits

Checks the number of data points per device in the application template. The result is shown in the Logs tab.
Log viewer and status bar (Log and Jobs)

The limit is also shown in real time in a progress bar (⑥ Data point limits).

Template properties

Opens a dialog box to modify the properties of the application template.

Application help

Opens the help for the selected application template or application type. The command is only active if a help is available.

Displays the state of the locking function (optional).
Only visible if application numbers are enabled in the application type.

Each configuration section shows a set of configurable features. The configuration section is divided into three main sections.
